Olive oil is the foundation of the Greek diet and our kitchen. We use exclusively pure extra virgin olive oil, offering dishes full of flavor and nutritional value.

Safe storage with care

We keep all our ingredients and ready meals in ideal conditions to ensure their freshness and quality:

0-4°C for fresh products such as vegetables and salads, so they remain crisp and fresh until serving.
-18°C for frozen products, to ensure long-term safety and quality.
After cooking, meals are kept in warming cabinets at 60°C, so they reach you hot and safe.

Our strict adherence to these conditions is our guarantee for the quality of every dish you enjoy.
